Great stay but disappointed with lack of help just because we’re leaving the property.

Beautiful resort. Big and clean and classy. Rooms were big clean and great views. Private beach.

There’s another exit closer to sammarah mall which is right next to the property with good Dead Sea products, which we were walking toward and after walking most of the way, they made us go back, it’s a big resort and uphill both ways, we were with kids but no one offered a buggy ride. When we came out of the other gate that’s far away, and made our way to the mall, the guy at the front gate drove up to the other gate that is closer to the mall with his buggy which he could have offered us as well but no one did anything. Making us walk in the heat with kids.

A great location, with value for money and friendly staff! Overall, our stay was pleasant!

We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, where the international buffet was served.

Amazing

The hotel is beautiful, big rooms, nice staff, 3 restaurants (buffet, lebanese, italian, snack bar). The 3 pools were amazing yet a bit cold because we were there in November 2023. At the beach to enjoy the dead sea you can find all the services you need to enjoy your stay, sunbeds, showers, dead sea muds and a lifeguard always keen to help you. The dinner buffet costs 26 JOD per person, they will retain a deposit on your card for all the expenses which will be balanced at the check our. We were also given an updgrade because there were very few tourists. We went in november 2023 and please keep on visiting Jordan because it's safe and beautiful with amazing people!

We found free water in every hotel in Jordan (less expensive ones) except from here, it would be nice to improve this service.

I will not stay at this hotel again and if I want to I will pay for the pool only and spend a day.

The service and hospitality were very good

The rooms was not too much clean there was lots of sands on the floor and even on the bed… only one pool was available on the hotel the others under maintenance even though the bring around 25 kids and put them on the only available pool .

We enjoyed our stay, it was so convenient to the Dead Sea which was our main purpose for visiting.

The buffet breakfast each day was amazing! So much choice and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The valet parking was very convenient. The view and setting is exceptional and having a private beach to the Dead Sea was wonderful. The room is comfortable, clean with excellent house keeping each day. The gift shop had some good specials.

-There was only one pool available to use as the others were under maintenance. This was very disappointing because we needed to share it with many other guests and we were surprised the hotel chose to do this over the New Year period. -There was an excessive fly problem around the pool which could have been improved with a discreet chemical jar or zappers to attract them away from the guests. -I visited the spa and although the therapist provided a nice facial massage, I was surprised that she did not introduce herself or explain the procedure, to make me feel more relaxed. -Our bathroom sink would block each day but was quickly fixed. -Pool side snacks were very expensive, even for kids.

I stayed with my family for a night and didn’t want to leave. Spa was excellent. Only thing that could have been better

Nice property, well maintained and clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Beach access is good.

Dinner buffet was very ordinary. Lacked variety, desserts were also not 5 star quality.

The family liked staying at Hilton hotel and would not mind coming back again.

The room was excellent. The family enjoyed playing volleyball. The staff were extremely welcoming. The internet connection was very good.

Super location....

Ample parking in front of the hotel. Direct access to the dead sea till sunset. Life guard is there in the beach to assist you for dead sea mud application if you are first time. super buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. couple of restaurants for dinner.

Weird restroom design. separate toilet and bathroom. No wash basin inside the toilet, you have to go to all the way in to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet.

I’ve been in this hotel twice, everything was perfect... both the restaurants I tried: the Italian restaurant and the Arabic one (were you can have your shisha) were really good... the breakfast is the best tried in Jordan, a lot of variety and the food is always fresh. The hotel staff is always available and kind.

Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Access to the Dead Sea was very convenient, mineral mud from the sea was provided by the hotel right by the showers. Staff was helpful. There is a small mall with souvenir shops, restaurants and a supermarket a short walk from the hotel.

Customer service was beyond expectation! From Ma. Ala’a and Mr. Omar at reception, to Ms. Wedyan the waitress at the Lebanese Restaurant, to Mr. Geoffrey and Mr. Juana at the pool bar, to Mr. Abdullah the Concierge, they all spoiled us as if we were celebrities; we felt being at home and amongst close friends taking good care of us :D

From the moment we walked in we knew it was a special place. Omar at reception was super friendly and offered us an upgrade. The room was great to with a super view of the sea from the balcony. Ask for a sea facing view! Loved the pontoon down on the beach so it was easier to swim in the Dead Sea. Meshaal and Ahmad were down at the beach and helped us with a wonderful complimentary mud treatment - be sure to tip them! The Ukrainian beach bar tender was super friendly too! Cherry on top was the next morning when we got into our car and one of the wheels was flat... the valet guy went to get water to check for a puncture and a compressor to pump up the tyre!
