Great stay but disappointed with lack of help just because we’re leaving the property.

Beautiful resort. Big and clean and classy. Rooms were big clean and great views. Private beach.

There’s another exit closer to sammarah mall which is right next to the property with good Dead Sea products, which we were walking toward and after walking most of the way, they made us go back, it’s a big resort and uphill both ways, we were with kids but no one offered a buggy ride. When we came out of the other gate that’s far away, and made our way to the mall, the guy at the front gate drove up to the other gate that is closer to the mall with his buggy which he could have offered us as well but no one did anything. Making us walk in the heat with kids.

Very Good

The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating when it came to restricted diets. I follow a gluten- and dairy-free diet, and both the breakfast team and the Italian restaurant staff ensured my meals were safely prepared according to my needs. At check-in, Ammar was great, he made sure we got the most out of our stay. Since our room needed 1 hour to be ready, he provided us with towels and gym access so we could head straight to the beach and start enjoying our time.

One of the pools were under-construction. The rooms are a bit tighter than usual.

Amazing

The hotel is beautiful, big rooms, nice staff, 3 restaurants (buffet, lebanese, italian, snack bar). The 3 pools were amazing yet a bit cold because we were there in November 2023. At the beach to enjoy the dead sea you can find all the services you need to enjoy your stay, sunbeds, showers, dead sea muds and a lifeguard always keen to help you. The dinner buffet costs 26 JOD per person, they will retain a deposit on your card for all the expenses which will be balanced at the check our. We were also given an updgrade because there were very few tourists. We went in november 2023 and please keep on visiting Jordan because it's safe and beautiful with amazing people!

We found free water in every hotel in Jordan (less expensive ones) except from here, it would be nice to improve this service.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dead Sea and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious, and we loved the variety of restaurants available. The pool bar was great for a relaxed drink in the sun, and the beach and pool service was excellent – comfy loungers, towels ready, and drinks brought right to us.

If we had to point out one small thing, it would be that some of the room equipment felt a bit outdated – for example, the shower head could use an upgrade. But honestly, this was just a minor detail and didn’t take away from our overall experience at all.

I will not stay at this hotel again and if I want to I will pay for the pool only and spend a day.

The service and hospitality were very good

The rooms was not too much clean there was lots of sands on the floor and even on the bed… only one pool was available on the hotel the others under maintenance even though the bring around 25 kids and put them on the only available pool .

We enjoyed our stay, it was so convenient to the Dead Sea which was our main purpose for visiting.

The buffet breakfast each day was amazing! So much choice and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The valet parking was very convenient. The view and setting is exceptional and having a private beach to the Dead Sea was wonderful. The room is comfortable, clean with excellent house keeping each day. The gift shop had some good specials.

-There was only one pool available to use as the others were under maintenance. This was very disappointing because we needed to share it with many other guests and we were surprised the hotel chose to do this over the New Year period. -There was an excessive fly problem around the pool which could have been improved with a discreet chemical jar or zappers to attract them away from the guests. -I visited the spa and although the therapist provided a nice facial massage, I was surprised that she did not introduce herself or explain the procedure, to make me feel more relaxed. -Our bathroom sink would block each day but was quickly fixed. -Pool side snacks were very expensive, even for kids.

Ample parking in front of the hotel. Direct access to the dead sea till sunset. Life guard is there in the beach to assist you for dead sea mud application if you are first time. super buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. couple of restaurants for dinner.

Weird restroom design. separate toilet and bathroom. No wash basin inside the toilet, you have to go to all the way in to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet.

what can I say. EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL. If you want to have a good time, stay at somewhere luxurious, and made to feel so special then don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Stay here. It’s very simple. The staff treat you like royalty from the moment you enter the hotel. All the tiny details of care are 10/10. Restaurants are 10/10. Entertainment is 10/10. I stayed with my family for a night and didn’t want to leave. Spa was excellent. Only thing that could have been better

Nice property, well maintained and clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Beach access is good.
